Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:
- List of current medications
- Any medical records or x-rays related to the patient’s condition
- Insurance card(s) and driver’s license
- Insurance referral if required by the patient’s plan
- Copay as required by the patient’s insurance plan
*** Attention Littleton Patients – Please note that there is construction taking place on the Littleton Hospital Campus that can make finding parking more challenging. Please plan to arrive earlier so that you are not late to your appointment.
Postponing or canceling appointments
We ask that patients contact our office at least one day prior to the appointment so we can offer the former appointment time to other patients on our waiting list. We recognize that patients’ time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on schedule. Occasionally emergencies occur, or patients require a little more time than planned. These situations can cause scheduling delays beyond our control. While we do our best to see patients on time, we apologize if you experience a wait time longer than expected.
When Should I Arrive for My Appointment – Late Patient Policy
In order to allow ample time to complete paperwork and the registration process, patients are asked to arrive before their scheduled appointment time.
- New patients should plan to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment.
- Established patients should plan to arrive 20 minutes before appointment time.
A patient will be considered late and asked to reschedule if they are:
- An established patient and arrive at or after their appointment time.
- A new patient with paperwork filled out and arrive at or after their appointment time.
- A new patient who has NOT done the paperwork and arrives later than 15 minutes before their appointment time.
We will try to accommodate late-comers to the best of our ability, however, we cannot compromise on the quality and timely care provided to our other patients.
